We are currently engaged in a prestigious project involving the establishment of a new library for the former President of South Africa in Johannesburg. In this capacity, we serve as the international structural engineering consultant, working collaboratively with a local practice to contribute specialised structural engineering expertise. The project design encompasses the development of dome spaces and the innovative use of rammed earth construction to craft public amenities within the building. Our methodology involves the creation of a load-bearing rammed structural system seamlessly integrated into the overall framework of the structure, ensuring a harmonious and robust architectural solution.
