This ongoing project involves the development of an exposed concrete residence featuring a substantial basement, employing a bush-hammered concrete finish. Situated in proximity to the airport, the structure showcases a distinctive design, encompassing a spacious third-floor cantilevered roof. Engineered with meticulous attention to seismic resilience, the residence incorporates expansive floor spaces, ensuring a robust earthquake-resistant design. Currently underway, the project is anticipated to reach completion within the current calendar year.
