We have been actively engaged with the architect throughout the entire project lifecycle, spanning from conceptualisation to construction. Our involvement emphasises the integration of a localised sustainability approach, incorporating strategies such as utilising the structure for passive cooling and employing recycled water bottles as void formers to minimise concrete usage in the development. With the project currently underway, we are adopting a prototype approach to refine and optimise innovative solutions. Our team has collaborated closely with both the architect and the client to identify and implement practical, context-specific sustainability options tailored to the unique requirements of this region in Ghana.
